Hydrolysate:

Hydrolyzed is its another name. It is fast digestive in body, quantity of protein is(80-90%), lactose(0-5.1%), fat(0-5.1%). Hydrolysate is used in infant formulas, sports and medical products.

Benefits:

It grows lean muscle, increases stamina level and good for weight loss. As it contains Lactokine, which regulate blood pressure as well as increases muscle synthetics and recovers muscles in short duration. In human body, immunity system recovers damaged cells. C-reactive protein is available in Whey protein, It is helpful for immunity system. it is beneficial for skin and acne as well as it increases hunger level. Heart patient should not take high protein, first he should ask doctors because huge amount of protein can be source of heart disease.

Huge amount of Amino acid is dangerous for kidneys. In human body Liver and Kidney separates waste material of body. When protein enters in body, it makes waste material named as Urea. Kidney filters the Urea, so if you take huge amount of protein then it can make kidney stone. Protein powder is not harmful for body but you should use normal amount of protein. Man should take 56gm protein from it (Daily should take 100gm). Women should take 46gm protein.
